Job DescriptionOur client is looking for a Logistics Strategy Manager to help shape and improve its logistics network and customer delivery model. This role is focused on translating business strategy into a practical and customer‑focused route‑to‑market approach. The successful candidate will work across commercial, logistics, and customer supply chain teams to improve efficiency, service levels, and overall supply chain performance.
Responsibilities- Develop and support route‑to‑market strategies in line with wider business goals
- Design and improve logistics network solutions to support customer and commercial needs
- Assess different route‑to‑market scenarios and recommend the best approach
- Analyse logistics and transport data to identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor key performance indicators such as service, efficiency, and cost‑to‑serve
- Lead cross‑functional projects related to supply chain and logistics improvement
- Translate strategic plans into clear actions and implementation roadmaps
- Support ongoing transformation initiatives, including system and process changes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and act as a key contact for route‑to‑market topics
- Provide recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders across the business
- Strong experience in supply chain and logistics
- Background in route‑to‑market, network design, or supply chain strategy
- Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability
- Experience working with data, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage
- Comfortable working in an international and cross‑functional environment
