Role Description We are seeking an experienced Commissioning & Start-Up (CSU) Manager to lead the execution and reporting of commissioning activities for a new brine bath system and supporting sub-systems. With preparation already completed, the role focuses on on-site execution, ensuring successful system start-up and product qualification in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee CSU activities for main and supporting systems
- Lead commissioning, testing, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Manage sub-system start-ups (May–July)
- Support critical phases: start-up (Week 30) and qualification (Week 40)
- Align with stakeholders on timelines and quality standards
- Identify risks and support troubleshooting
- Maintain clear communication and progress reporting
- 5–8 years’ experience in CSU within industrial/food/dairy/pharma environments
- Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, P&ID walkdowns, and validation
- Experience managing on-site execution and suppliers
- Structured, communicative, and people-oriented approach
- Data-driven mindset with strong documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent English; Dutch is a plus
