The Netherlands is heading towards a sustainable energy supply. Wind is an important source of sustainable electricity. Wind on land, and especially: wind at sea. TenneT is the offshore grid operator. This means it's TenneT's responsibility to ensure that offshore wind farms are connected to the onshore grid via the offshore grid to enable the use of the energy that is generated at sea. Construction of the offshore grid contributes to TenneT's ambition to be a driving force behind the energy transition.
Position Overview
For TenneT, we are looking for a Medior Audit/Review Coordinator. TenneT Offshore Netherlands is looking for a Medior Audit/Review Coordinator for the Maasvlakte and Borssele clusters within the 2GW program. TenneT executes the contracts for the Landstations and Landcables within the regional clusters under the Dutch general provisions "UAV-gc". Contract management is applied according to the Systematic Contract Control (SCC) approach (in Dutch: Systeemgerichte Contractbeheersing - SCB). With SCC, the contractor's quality management system is being monitored and evaluated.
Responsibilities
• Support: You support the project quality manager in alignment with the Project Lead and the Contract manager about the development and execution of the contract management strategy for the realization contracts.
• Process Analysis: You prepare the process analysis in close alignment with the project quality manager and risk manager and you facilitate the process analysis sessions.
• SCC Plans: You develop SCC plans for the planning and scope of visits, audits, reviews, and inspections and you monitor the progress via the SCC dashboards.
• Preparation: You prepare visits, audits, reviews, and inspections in collaboration with the respective lead auditors and lead reviewers.
• Guidance: You guide (lead) auditors and (lead) reviewers and advise on findings, observations, and audit/review results (conclusions) and you assist in drafting audit/review reports.
• Evaluation Support: You support/guide the evaluation of audits, reviews, and inspections with the lead auditors/reviewers, quality manager, risk manager, contract manager, and project lead.
• Sparring Partner: You are a sparring partner for the project quality manager and the SCC advisor from PMO.
• Registration: You secure the registration of SCC activities and results in the requirements database Relatics and the document management system ThinkProject.
• Training: You train and advise the contractors on the use of the interaction module in Relatics.

Requirements
• The candidate has at least a higher professional education (HBO) working level.
• The candidate has demonstrable knowledge and work experience in contract management and preferably in managing integrated contracts like UAV-gc and/or FIDIC silver book.
• The candidate has demonstrable knowledge and experience in quality management, Systems Engineering, and risk-based contract management methodologies (such as SCC / SCB).
• The candidate has demonstrable experience in developing and executing audit and review plans.
• The candidate has demonstrable experience in guiding and supporting (lead) auditors and reviewers.
• The candidate preferably has experience with Relatics (or similar requirements database) and ThinkProject (or similar document management system).
• The candidate is fluent in Dutch and English, both in speech and writing.
• The candidate has demonstrable knowledge and work experience in contract management and preferably in managing integrated contracts like UAV-gc and/or FIDIC silver book.
• The candidate has demonstrable knowledge and experience in quality management, Systems Engineering, and risk-based contract management methodologies (such as SCC / SCB).
• VOG must be received before a candidate can start.
• Commitment for at least 32 hours per week.
• Location: Arnhem Rhijnpoort
- min 2 x week at the office (or onsite with the Quality Manager).

• Suppliers of candidates must be aware of the applicable laws and regulations in the field of employment conditions and the (TenneT) collective labor agreement. This commitment falls within scale 9 of the TenneT collective labor agreement.

Screening
• Pre-employment screening: If the candidate is allowed to start at the client, a pre-employment screening will take place. We will then send you the necessary documents. Your candidate may only start after completing the pre-employment screening. The VOG application is part of the screening from Magnit, the VOG must be received before the candidate can start.
• The candidate has proof of identity (a passport or identity card), which is valid at intake and on the start date of the candidate's contract and can be submitted for verification.
