Delola is a modern capsule hotel located in The Hague. We are not a traditional hotel and we are not a hostel. Our guests stay in comfortable sleeping pods designed to offer privacy, comfort, and convenience.
Each pod contains a bed, fresh linen, duvet, pillow, reading lamp, USB charging port, clothes hook, storage net, and privacy curtain.

Job DescriptionAs an Allround Hostess, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable experience.
Unlike traditional hotels, Delola operates with sleeping pods rather than private hotel rooms, creating a unique hospitality environment where guest interaction and service are at the heart of the operation.
Your Responsibilities• Checking guests in and out
• Assisting guests with questions and recommendations about The Hague
• Processing reservations and payments
• Responding to emails and telephone enquiries
• Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving issues where possible
• Ensuring the reception, lounge, and public areas remain clean and welcoming
• Maintaining hotel standards and operational procedures
• Supporting colleagues and daily hotel operations when required
Every day is different. Some days may be quieter, while others can be very busy with arrivals, departures, and guest requests. After your training period, you should be comfortable managing the reception independently and providing excellent service to our guests.
Working HoursReception operates daily between:
07:00 – 15:00- morning shift
15:00 – 23:00- evening shift
The position requires availability up to 3–4 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
Working hours and schedules may vary depending on operational requirements.
What We OfferSalary€15.10 gross per hourexcluding holiday allowance (only applicable to employees aged 21 and older).
Holiday allowance can also be paid monthly together with your salary if preferred.
Extra time off when requested for every overtime hours worked.
