Our client works closely with manufacturing partners in China. In this role, you will be the technical point of contact, supporting partners with the successful integration of innovative solutions into their products.
While you will work with technical products, this role is primarily about communication, collaboration, and relationship management. A strong affinity with technology and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly are more important than an extensive engineering background. Your responsibilities include:
- Training and supporting manufacturing partners in the correct integration of our client's solutions.
- Providing on-site technical support during regular visits to factories in China.
- Reviewing product designs using CAD drawings.
- Supporting technical communication between Chinese manufacturing partners and internal teams, including Sales and Marketing.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives using LEAN methodologies.

- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required. Candidates should also have Dutch proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level to effectively participate in internal meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
- A strong interest in technology and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable way.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you easily build relationships with others.
- Willingness to travel regularly to China (approximately 25% of your time).
