You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the design, structural modelling, and feasibility of complex hull structures, all while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and internal project specifications. Your Responsibilities- Develop and optimize detailed engineering designs, structural models, and technical drawings for casco and hull construction.
- Ensure compliance with Class, Flag regulations as well as internal requirements.
- Conduct constructability assessments and feasibility checks during the engineering phase.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, delivering practical engineering solutions.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, production teams, and project leads to ensure high-quality, timely project execution.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Naval Architecture or a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in shipbuilding, preferably on large or custom vessels.
- Proven experience in hull and casco construction within the maritime industry.
- Proficient in CAD software and 3D modelling tools, ideally Siemens NX, AutoCAD or Cadmatic.
- Familiarity with interior outfitting integration and shipyard construction methods.
- Strong knowledge of classification rules and safety standards (e.g. DNV, Lloyd’s, SOLAS).
- Detail‑oriented with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- An attractive monthly salary of €4.000 – €5.200, based on your experience
