We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join the skilled kitchen team. You manage your own station, prepare high-quality dishes and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service. With culinary expertise, creativity and strong organizational skills, you help deliver exceptional dining experiences while mentoring and supporting junior kitchen staff.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee your own station in the kitchen, preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food presentation.
- Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and prepared for service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, following all hygiene and safety standards.
- Mentor junior kitchen staff and assist in their training and development.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality kitchen.
- A passion for culinary excellence and creativity in food preparation.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
