What you will doAs a Shift Manager, you lead operations and a team of Team Leaders. You focus on growth - of processes, customer satisfaction, and our people.
- Ensure processes run smoothly and safely
- Coach your team and conduct development conversations
- Maintain sharp customer contact and adjust where necessary
- Optimize current processes and write work procedures to ensure good structure
You are an energetic leader with an eye for people, performance, and continuous improvement. Structure and results-oriented work come naturally to you, and you know how to inspire action.
- Relevant leadership experience in logistics
- Communicates clearly in English, Dutch is a big plus!
- Thinks analytically and makes the right decisions based on that
- Inspires, motivates, and helps people grow
