We're on a mission to grow Rewire's business by leaps and bounds, and we're looking for an Engagement Manager to help us reach our goals. You'll have the incredible opportunity to lead broader, strategic data and AI programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure impactful results for our valued clients. You'll get to oversee the day-to-day execution of transformation projects, while also deepening your own expertise and contributing to Rewire's thought leadership in the industry.

• Lead a broader, strategic data & AI program for one of our clients – from vision to unlock value with AI – typically across 1–3 workstreams

• Drive analytical problem-solving, data & AI solution integration, and output quality within your workstreams – leveraging both technology and business acumen to consistently connect business value with tech requirements through holistic thinking

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – guide (Senior) Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver impactful solutions

• Coach & mentor team members – creating opportunities for growth and learning within the team

• Be a trusted partner to our clients – manage the day-to-day relationship, ensure a steady pace of work, collaborate closely on-site to build strong relationships, and transform insights into high-impact presentations

• Shape the future of our data & AI practice – by contributing to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for our clients, supporting proposals and pitch presentations, and advancing our methodologies, thought leadership, and intellectual property through innovative approaches

You're a sharp thinker, a strong communicator, and a collaborative leader – with a passion for turning data into business value. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or data/AI-driven environments – with a proven track record in data management, analytical value creation, or data/AI-powered business transformation

• Confidence to lead client relationships and guide teams – with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from structured storylining to building trust across diverse, cross-functional setups

• Sharp analytical skills and a hands-on, change-oriented approach – you don’t just analyze, you can strategize and make things happen

• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset – you connect the dots, think in solutions, and turn ideas into action

• Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and growth – you proactively learn, empower others, and foster a culture of shared success

• A strong academic track record (STEM field preferred), fluency in English (written and spoken), and willingness to travel regularly to client sites

Most projects require working onsite at client locations across the Netherlands, Germany, and occasionally other parts of Europe for several days each week.
