Join our Global FP&A Reporting & Analysis Team – a diverse community that supports each other’s learning, growth, and development. As a Global FP&A Analyst, you will play a vital role in optimizing the financial business performance, contributing to the impact we seek in our value chain. Here's how you'll contribute:

• Execute KPI analysis, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Provide proposals for actions and internal/external messaging.
• Contribute to the planning and development of the annual operating plan budget.
• Prepare for key management team meetings (Executive Committee, etc.).
• Develop financial models to analyze various business opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct periodic financial analysis (backward and forward-looking).
• Support the ongoing automation of our processes and deliverables.

We are looking for an analyst with a drive for excellence. Someone that holds themselves accountable and doesn’t shy away from responsibility. Given the nature of the role we feel it's important for you to have a certain level of experience with financial reporting as well as a solid understanding of your own added value. We thrive in diverse teams and look for people that appreciate that as much as we do. We can give you a list of “must haves,” however that’s not how we view your candidacy. We do, of course, take into consideration how much experience you have with FP&A and reporting, but ultimately, we look at the bigger picture.But to give you a bit of guidance as to what we feel is needed in this role, we’ll share our “nice to have” list with you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting (QTEM is a plus);
• 2 years’ work experience would be a great start, however we are also looking forward to give opportunities to graduates (our fast paced, high growth company is a great learning and development environment);
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking (driving simplicity);
• You have exceptional interpersonal qualities, you’re pro-active, eager to learn and highly motivated to boost your career;
• You’re known as a team player and bring strong verbal communicational skills in English.
