- International Collaboration: The primary responsibility lies within the Southern Europe region. The team supports sales activities worldwide. Because our team is close-knit, collaboration and flexibility are key. This means that, at times, the employee may also need to support other regions.
- Calculating Projects: Use basic Excel skills to prepare accurate project cost calculations.
- Creating Offers: Prepare clear and professional offers based on those calculations, ensuring detail-oriented work at every stage.
- Customer Administration: Keep customer records organized and up to date.
- Processing Orders: Handle incoming orders, ensuring all the necessary documents are completed.
- Managing Repeat Orders: Work independently with customers, partners, and the Sales team to process repeat orders smoothly.
- Internal Coordination: Organize support for legal or information security-related questions to help things run smoothly.
- Client communication: When clients have questions or missing documents, this role will be responsible for facilitating smooth communication, including kick-off meetings involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key link between Sales and internal departments such as Service Desk, Onboarding (Project Management), Logistics, Invoicing, Legal, and Field Operations to ensure smooth communication, coordination, and execution across the entire customer journey.
- You've got at least 3+ years in sales support, preferably in a project organisation
- You are fluent in French at a C2 level, with English proficiency at a minimum of C1 level. Additional European languages are considered a strong advantage, particularly Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese, with Spanish being the most preferred due to the current regional focus
- You're comfortable with numbers and have a knack for making accurate calculations.
- You bring energy and enthusiasm to everything you do, with a passion for supporting your team.
- You have a higher vocational education level, and you're eager to learn and grow.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel!

- 32-40 hours per week availability, with a preference for 40 hours.
- Hybrid working: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home up to four days per week after your training period, with a team day in the office every Tuesday. You’re always welcome to come in more often, as many colleagues do. Occasional travel to the office is also required for external training sessions.
