With 476 rooms and 21 versatile meeting spaces, including a spacious ballroom that accommodates up to 700 guests in theatre style and a unique rooftop event area, we are one of the largest meeting and events hotels in Amsterdam.
Located conveniently next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, the hotel is easily accessible by public transport and car. Designed by the renowned Karim Rashid, the property is part of the iconic VEN complex, sharing the building with Holland Casino, LimeHome apartments, World of Karaoke, and Restaurant Azura.

Essential ingredients:
- You have a welcoming attitude are a team player and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays with focus on the mornings (able to start at 06:00 A.M.);
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
Responsibilities:
- Delivering fantastic service to our guests across all F&B Outlets, including the restaurant, bar and Meeting & Events operations (Banqueting).
- Delivering unforgettable moments to our guests in all F&B Outlets
- Ensuring smooth operations by setting up and checking the meeting rooms
- Preparing guest bills and handling the payment
- Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach
- Bringing new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations
