Job Title: BYD Europe Logistics Director （Director of Customs, Logistics & Compound Management in Europe Region)Core Objective: Establish and optimize the integrated management system of customs, logistics, and Compound in Europe, supporting BYD's strategic goal of becoming the top automaker in Europe with optimal cost and highest efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Overall manage customs compliance in Europe, optimize customs clearance processes, and reduce clearance risks and cycles;
- Build cross-regional logistics networks (sea/land/air transport), coordinate warehousing and Compound resources to ensure efficient flow of vehicles and parts;
- Lead the construction of logistics cost control system, achieve cost reduction through process optimization and resource integration;
- Manage cross-country/regional teams, establish efficient collaboration mechanisms, and improve team execution and professional capabilities;
- Promote innovative practices in customs and logistics (e.g., digital tool application, model optimization) to continuously enhance operational efficiency;
- Coordinate with headquarters and BYD subsidiaries in Europe, align internal and external resources, and solve cross-departmental/regional logistics pain points.
- Over 10 years of experience in customs, logistics, or Compound management in the automotive industry; experience in vehicle logistics is preferred;
- Work or cooperation experience with Asian enterprises, familiar with the operation mode and culture of Asian companies;
- Proven cross-country/regional team management capabilities, able to effectively coordinate distributed teams;
- Strong cost control awareness and efficiency improvement capabilities, with successful experience in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement projects;
- Positive work attitude, able to adapt to high-intensity work rhythm and excellent pressure resistance;
- Innovative thinking, able to optimize existing management models combined with European market characteristics;
- Familiar with EU customs regulations, logistics industry standards and Compound operation norms, strong compliance awareness.

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Operation Director in BYD Europe. Language Requirement: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German/French/Spanish is a plus;
Compliance Requirement: Must abide by EU labor laws, anti-corruption regulations, and BYD's corporate code of conduct;
Travel Requirement: 30-40% cross-Europe business trips (including visits to ports, yards, and subsidiaries);
KPI-Oriented: Performance assessment based on cost reduction rate, logistics efficiency, customs clearance compliance rate, and team management effectiveness;
