About the Location
We are a small, close-knit practice that provides high-quality, tailor-made care for small animals. Everything we do is driven by personal attention and the best interests of the animal. Our practice is located on the edge of the Kloosterveen neighborhood and near the Kloosterakker area in Assen. You’ll be working in a team of 4 veterinarians and 5 veterinary nurses, who together are responsible for both the Assen and Vries practices.
About the Location
Noorder Dierenkliniek was founded in 2018 and consists of four locations in Hoogezand, Stadskanaal, Veendam, and Winschoten. We provide animals with all primary veterinary care, as well as more specialized treatments.

What Will You Do?
As a veterinarian at IVC Evidensia, you are responsible for the daily care and treatment of animals, working closely with other team members to provide the best possible care. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing diagnostic tests and treatments
- Providing both preventive and curative care
- Advising pet owners on their animals' health and wellbeing
- Collaborating with our team of veterinary nurses and specialists to ensure optimal care
- Keeping patient records up to date
- Supporting the development of young veterinarians

Who Are You?
- You have completed a degree in veterinary medicine and are registered in the veterinary register (or are about to graduate)
- You are passionate about animals and their well-being
- You are engaged, communicative, and know how to guide clients effectively
- You are capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- You are flexible and willing to work at different locations when needed
