As part of our Online Team, you will support the creation, optimisation, and management of digital content across platforms such as Amazon, Bol.com, and other leading online retailers throughout Europe.
What will you do
As a Digital Content & E-commerce Intern, you will support the team with a variety of content and e-commerce activities, including:
- Creating and updating product content for website and online retailers.
- Writing and improving product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
- Uploading product images, videos, and enhanced brand content.
- Assisting with SEO and keyword research to improve product visibility.
- Checking product listings for accuracy and consistency.
- Supporting content translations and localisation for different European markets.
- Creating, editing, and adapting short-form video content for platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Supporting the creation of visual assets in Canva, including product visuals, banners, social media content, and campaign materials.
- Helping organise and maintain digital content libraries and assets.
- Monitoring online content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Working closely with the Online, Brand, and Local Marketing teams on content-related projects.
You report directly to the Online Growth & Content Director.
What you bring
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Commercial Economics, E-commerce, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in digital content, e-commerce, and online marketing.
- You have excellent writing and communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented and organised.
- You are comfortable working with Excel and other digital tools.
- You enjoy learning new systems and platforms.
- You are proactive and eager to take initiative.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch is a plus
- Is curious, proactive and comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of output
- You enjoy creating digital content and have an interest in social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
- You have experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar content creation tools.
- You enjoy editing short videos and creating engaging visual content.
