Lead and drive the People & Culture agenda for IKEA Delft, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the successful execution.

Ensure the right people and competences are in place today and for the future through workforce planning, recruitment, competence development, succession planning and staff cost management.
Partner with the IKEA Delft Management Team on talent development, succession planning, and organizational development
Lead, coach and develop the People & Culture team, ensuring strong functional expertise, continuous development and high-quality delivery.
Create and maintain constructive relationships with co-workers, Works Council, unions and relevant external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, labour relations principles and IKEA policies while safeguarding the interests of IKEA Delft.
Foster a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment where well-being, engagement, and sustainable employability are central.
Monitoring key people metrics and driving continuous improvement in people and business performance.
Support leaders through change, growth, and the development of high-performing teams
A strong business partner who naturally connects people and business results.
Extensive experience in leadership, talent development, and change management
Experience in stakeholder management, employee relations, and collaboration with Works Councils and unions
Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others through change.
Resilient, decisive, and comfortable in an environment that is constantly evolving.
Fluent in both Dutch and English
