Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior HR Program Manager to lead a complex multi-country HR integration project. You will manage the end-to-end integration of people, processes, systems, policies, and organizational culture between two organizations, ensuring a smooth and timely transition aligned with business strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead the full HR integration program across multiple countries.
- Manage integration of HR processes, systems, policies, and organizational structures.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Coordinate with workstream leads and cross-functional teams.
- Set up governance structures and manage stakeholder communication.
- Provide progress updates, risk reports, and KPI tracking to senior leadership.
- Ensure smooth handover to HR Operations and document lessons learned.
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 12+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in HR transformation or integration projects.
- Experience managing complex international HR projects.
- Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or ProTime.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with digital HR transformation.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
