You will play a key role in strengthening PostNL's new Data Center of Excellence (CoE). Your mission is to lead the adoption of the Federated Data Governance Operating Model across the organization. You'll translate strategy into practical ways of working, support domains in setting up governance roles, and embed data management processes into daily operations.
You'll also run workshops to identify data products, map domains, and guide teams in documenting quality expectations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll coach leaders, solve governance issues, and promote a data-driven culture through clear communication and structured support.
There's a lot of pull from the business, everyone is coming towards us for advice and suggestions, which makes this role very interesting. You don't need to constantly chase people, but they're open for your knowledge and guidance - especially in light of the new AI First Strategy, you'll play a critical role in the future of PostNL!

You are a structured, pragmatic problem-solver who brings clarity in complex environments. You also have the following qualities:
- 6+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, or a related data domain.
- Strong understanding of metadata, data quality, and governance best practices.
- Experience facilitating multi-stakeholder sessions or consulting engagements.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across business and IT.
