As an Operator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of a modern agricultural production facility working in a 3-shift system. You will be working in a clean, well-organized, and professional environment where quality, hygiene, and efficiency are top priorities.With your hands-on mentality and eye for detail, you keep the production process running efficiently and in line with strict protocols and safety standards. What You Will Do:

• Gathering: Raw materials and production supplies to prepare production runs
• Operating: Machinery such as process mixers and packaging machines in a cleanroom environment
• Monitoring: Production parameters and making adjustments to ensure optimal performance
• Performing: Quality checks and taking samples for lab testing to guarantee product standards
• Troubleshooting: Solving technical issues and accurately reporting production activities

Functie-eisen We are looking for a proactive and reliable professional who takes ownership and enjoys working in a structured production environment.

You bring:

• MBO+ level education (preferably technical) and experience as a (process) operator, ideally within the food or chemical industry
• Knowledge of working with protocols and hygiene standards (cleanroom experience is a plus)
• Strong technical skills to independently solve machine-related issues
• Experience in guiding or supporting a small team is a plus
• Your own accommodation and transportation
• A flexible, solution-oriented mindset
• The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality
• Good command of the English language
