- Help refine and modernize administrative processes, systems, and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with both business and IT teams to translate operational needs into practical, technology-driven solutions
- Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Team which consist of a team leader and two internal sales representatives in Rorschach (Switzerland), plus one salesperson in ’s-Hertogenbosch
- Manage relationships with insurance partners, coordinate premium settlements, and ensure professional follow-up on customer visits and requests
- Play an active role in optimizing our back-office performance while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and reliability.
- Degree in commercial education
- professional experience in finance, banking, or a similar sector
- Strong organizational and analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive and structured approach to work
- Committed, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow
- Customer-focused attitude with a service-oriented mindset
- Excellent command of German and good command of English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable with IT systems and digital tools, such as MS 365. It's a plus if you are experienced with SAP or Power BI
- Availability for 20-24 h/week
