About the job
At Ayvens Digital & IT, we have an opening for a Senior Manager Internal Control.
As our new Senior Manager Internal Control, you will be part of the Internal Control team and will be working on the domains of First line Non Financial Risk Management (NFR) & Compliance, Audit Coordination, advise product teams on control automation and provide support in Digital & IT programs (i.e. Integration).
We have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our Amsterdam Office (minimum 2 days per week in office with the full team).
What are you going to do?
In this position you are going to lead and manage all required processes, in order to have effective and efficient internal control, risk management and (regulatory) compliance across Digital and IT, both for the legal entity as for the Digital Services provided globally.
Steering Risk Ownership, Risk Management and Compliance Stewardship in the First Line, you’re supporting Digital & IT in managing risks as part of their daily operations to enable our business to be successful and ensuring we are operating as a regulated entity.
You will:
- Manage the execution of Ayvens 1LOD NFR & Compliance framework for Digital & IT
- Ensure and prove compliance to Ayvens (IT) Risk & Control Framework and Policy House.
- Coordinate and facilitate Audit engagements (external audit, internal audit, inspections and client requests) for Digital & IT and facilitate audit finding remediations within Ayvens Digital & IT globally.
- Advise product teams with control automation and compliance
- Support D&IT Programs or projects with the management of Risk, Security & Compliance-related matters.
You will be working together with Digital and IT leadership, Regional CIOs and inform them on internal controls and audit findings via monthly reporting and consultations. You’re the SPOC for Auditors and 2LOD. You’re actively raising risk awareness and providing support.
Who are we looking for?
Someone with relevant experience within an international organization, preferably holding a master's degree in Auditing, Risk, IT Security, Engineering, Business Administration or related field combined with (a willingness to get) Certification in IT Security or IT Auditing (CISM, CISA or similar).
- Regulatory knowledge (GDPR/EBA/BCBS/ECB) is a must.
- Control Framework knowledge (COSO / COBIT / ISO / NIST) is a must.
- Facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills and attention to detail with a logical approach to problem solving.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
