Our client is a large well known consultancy firms, now seeking to hire a highly skilled Partner to join its Corporate Finance department, a Dealmaker focusing on Deals Advisory and M&A. About the role- Originate, lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions across the end-to-end M&A value chain, including origination, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure;
- Maintain and expand client relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of their industry and strategic priorities;
- Develop and implement M&A strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and market opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive advisory services to clients, including due diligence, financial modeling, HR and post-merger integration;
- Oversee a team of highly skilled professionals, fostering a culture of learning and development, and ensuring high performance and engagement;
- Contribute to and lead the department's growth by participating in business development activities and thought leadership.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in M&A and M&A strategy, with a proven track record of successful deal execution and closing;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end M&A value chain, including understanding of due diligence, and experience in financial analysis, deal structuring, and negotiations;
- Great relationship builder with outstanding influencing and partnering skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams within an M&A context;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and English (written and spoken);
