- Lead functional testing activities across ground handling departments, including task generation, scheduling rules, optimizer behavior, shift assignments, and operational workflows.
- Validate migrated system functionality to ensure operational correctness and business process continuity.
- Define, maintain, and execute comprehensive functional test suites, ensuring complete traceability and test coverage.
- Lead defect triage, impact assessments, and root cause analysis activities.

- Deep hands‑on expertise with Inform GroundStar (IGS), including rules engine configuration, task logic, and optimizer functionality.
- Proven experience leading functional testing activities for GroundStar implementations, upgrades, or migration programs.
- Strong understanding of ground handling operations and airline operational processes.
- Extensive knowledge of task generation, workforce scheduling, shift management, and operational workflow validation.
- Experience managing defect triage, root cause analysis, and regression risk assessments.
- Strong understanding of test strategy development, test planning, execution, and go-live readiness processes.
- Ability to assess system behavior from both operational and business perspectives.
- Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
