Job TitleSenior Manager M&A FinanceJob DescriptionYour role:Lead Finance workstreams for acquisitions, divestments, integrations and carve-outs with complexity, acting as the Finance lead within the M&A project team.Support Finance input into M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, Integration Due Diligence, valuation support, business case alignment and Purchase Agreement input.Support the definition and execution of the Finance integration strategy for acquisitions in close collaboration with Business Finance leadership and the PMO.Drive Finance disentanglement activities for divestments and carve-outs from planning through execution and operational handover.Coordinate Finance activities across specialist Finance functions such as Accounting & Reporting, Internal Control, Treasury, Tax and Finance Operations to ensure effective delivery.Support Finance aspects of deal execution, including completion mechanisms, carve-out financial risks, TSLA financial mechanics and transition to business-as-usual Finance.Support the deployment, execution and continuous improvement of M&A Finance standards, processes, governance and tools.You're the right fit if:Minimum Required EducationMaster’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.Minimum Required Experience8+ years of progressive experience in Finance roles within a large, complex, multinational organization.Experience with M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, integrations and/or carve-outs.Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating stakeholders across multiple Finance disciplines.Demonstrated ability to independently drive project execution, process improvements and issue resolution.Preferred EducationPost‑graduate education (e.g. MBA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent).Preferred ExperienceExperience in PMI and/or carve-out environments within matrix organizations.Experience working with Finance specialist functions such as Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Internal Controls.Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.Experience collaborating with external advisors in M&A contexts.Preferred CertificationProfessional finance or accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent).Project or change management certification is an advantage.Preferred SkillsStrong project and stakeholder management capabilitiesBroad understanding of Finance functions and operating modelsM&A, PMI and carve-out Finance execution experienceFinancial governance, internal control and compliance in M&A environmentsCross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skillsProcess improvement and continuous improvement mindsetAbility to independently drive execution and resolve operational bottlenecksClear communication and business partnering skillsHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
