As a senior PHP Developer, you’ll play a leading role in one of our scrum teams, taking ownership of technical decisions, mentoring colleagues, and driving code quality and architectural improvement.
Your Tasks- Guiding development of complex backend systems using PHP;
- Design scalable solutions with architecture and design patterns;
- Write clean, well-tested code using SOLID and TDD principles;
- Coach and mentor junior and medior developers;
- Contribute to breaking down the monolith into microservices;
- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of APIs;
- Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
- At least 7 years of professional PHP development experience;
- Deep knowledge of frameworks like Laravel or Symfony;
- Strong experience with REST APIs, MySQL, and NoSQL databases;
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js or React is a plus);
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines and using Docker or Vagrant;
- Familiarity with Git and search engines like Solr or Elasticsearch;
- Available to work at least 3 days a week onsite in Veghel;
- A proactive mindset and natural leadership skills.
