What are your responsibilities?
- Architecture
As a member of the Architecture team, your role will encompass shaping the Vision, Strategy, Roadmap and solutions for the Advertising domain, as well as for the entirety of the enterprise landscape. You'll collaborate closely with other Domain Architects and Tech Leads to seamlessly integrate your Domain architecture with other Domains. Your responsibility will involve establishing specific standards, principles, and best practices within the domain, taking ownership of defining and crafting the interactions among technological components (systems, sub-systems, and components) of the solution architecture. This includes ensuring their agility, reliability, scalability, and their harmonious interactions with other domains. You will also be tasked with formulating and safeguarding the Domain Blueprint. - Support:
In this role, you'll provide valuable support to the Product Owners as they shape the product roadmap. You will engage with essential Key Stakeholders within the business to assist in defining the target state Architecture and executing the roadmap effectively. Additionally, your expertise will be harnessed as a subject matter authority in various Projects & Programs. - Management:

Your Tasks

- Experience working in diagramming tools like Lucidchart.
- Experience with Microservices, Service Orientated and Event Driven Architecture
- Experience architecting high availability systems, services and solutions.
- Experience working in large (1M+) transformation programs.
- Experience working on Agile development, Just In time Architecture, SCRUM, or other relevant modern development and design practices.
- Deep knowledge and Experience of API driven architectures
- Background in software development (hands on experience).
- Technical Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in programming (any language)
- Good knowledge of UML (domain model, activity- and state diagram, sequence diagrams, use cases), BPMN modelling.
- Ready to get hands dirty with various proramming languages (both no/low code and high code from VBA to XSLT, Mulesoft or .NET)
- Experience / expertise in designing/understanding infrastructure and networks
- Experience designing solutions with hyperscalers like Azure, AWS or Google cloud.
- Continuous Learning
- Curious to learn new technologies.
- Quick in understanding Business knowledge
- Vendor/Partner Management
- Keeping regularly in touch with the vendors from the domain
- Leading the QBR reviews with vendors on strategy, operations and innovation.
- Change Management:
- Experience in working as part of large change projects.
- Proven work experience with continuous change (Agile) with SCRUM, SAFe, or other relevant methodologies.
- Is able to handle and navigate complexity and uncertainty ahead.
- Has experience working with large vendors as part of projects

- Exhibits qualities of determination, self-initiation, drive, and proactive behavior.

- A minimum of 8 years of experience within the field of IT is essential.
- Proven experience in Information Architecture for at least 3 years.
- An Experience in the media industry is a plus.
- Has relevant permit to work in the Netherlands.
- Proficient in English language. Proficiency in Dutch is a bonus.
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
