At INDG, we’re looking for aSenior Art Director to join ourFashion vertical. This role takes creative ownership across high‑end CGI stills, animations, and interactive experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable sportswear, fashion, and luxury brands.

Building on INDG’s production‑driven, technology‑led approach, you will provideend‑to‑end creative leadership - from interpreting briefs and shaping visual concepts through to guiding teams and safeguarding quality at delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers/Producers, creative technologists, and CGI teams to ensure projects are not only visually exceptional, but also scalable, efficient, and aligned with client objectives.

CGI expertise is essential. You will be expected to direct virtual shoots and experiences both creatively and technically, with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and real‑world product representation.

• Own thecreative vision and execution quality across multiple projects, from concept to final delivery

• Interpret client briefs and translate business and brand objectives into clear creative direction

• Develop and communicate concepts using pitch decks, style proposals, mood boards, storyboards, sketches, and visual references

• Direct CGI teams on composition, lighting, materials, camera, and overall look & feel

• Ensure visual consistency, realism, and brand alignment across stills, animations, and interactive outputs

• Perform ongoingcreative QA, reviewing renders and animations, providing clear feedback, and helping teams troubleshoot scenes to reach the desired quality

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers/Producers to align creative ambition with scope, timelines, and production realities

• Act as a senior creative partner in client conversations—presenting, defending, and evolving concepts with confidence

• Stay up to date with contemporary design, fashion visualisation, CGI, and real‑time/AI‑driven production trends

• Support scalable ways of working by contributing to visual standards, best practices, and creative guidelines

• Lead and inspire international teams of experienced CGI artists, fostering quality, ownership, and collaboration

• 5+ years of experience in a senior art direction or lead creative role, ideally within CGI, fashion, or agency environments

• Strong background inCGI art direction, with hands‑on understanding of 3D pipelines, virtual production, and digital lighting

• Proven ability to lead creative teams and maintain high quality under tight timelines

• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and realism - supported by a strong portfolio or reel

• Experience working directly with brands and stakeholders, with confidence in presenting and explaining creative decisions

• Comfortable balancing creative ambition with production constraints, milestones, and delivery pressure

• Hands‑on mindset: able to jump into production when needed and independently lead smaller projects end‑to‑end

• Passion for product and product storytelling - fashion experience is a strong plus

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
