Role OverviewAs a Change & Organization Development Specialist, you support data-driven OD and change initiatives across the organization. You work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and global teams to ensure organizational changes are well-designed, compliant, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze organizational data and translate insights into OD actions
- Support restructuring, rightsizing, and organizational design initiatives
- Coordinate structure changes and ensure updates in HR systems
- Advise stakeholders on OD and change topics
- Guide business and HR through structured change processes
- Ensure compliance with global OD standards and policies
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 4–6 years’ experience in OD, Change, HR Transformation, or consultancy
- Strong data skills (Excel, reporting, dashboards)
- Experience in complex or global organizations
- Fluent in English
- HR or management consulting background
- Experience in regulated or structured environments
