The RoleWe are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to help ensure smooth and confident adoption of Augmedit software after initial onboarding by the sales team. As part of the Customer Engagement team, you will support surgeons and hospital staff during early clinical use, answer workflow questions, collect structured feedback, and help translate user insights into product improvements.
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Engagement and collaborate with surgeons, clinical teams, Product, Engineering, US and QA/RA to make sure customers have a positive clinical experience with both our preoperative and intraoperative solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Insight, Support and Adoption
- Guide users to resolve early workflow challenges and ensure they feel confident applying Augmedit’s applications in daily clinical practice.
- Provide ongoing clinical support to hospitals and surgical teams after onboarding
- Observe clinical workflows and identify real-world usage issues and escalating them appropriately.
Validation & Testing
- Adopt the perspective of a clinical end user and provide early feedback on new features, research, and development initiatives.
- Participate in structured user studies, pilot evaluations and R&D activities
- Support usability testing in clinical environments, including phantom and mock-up testing setups.
- Support pre-release testing and clinical validation activities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, UX, and QA/RA to ensure clear feedback loops
- Communicate feature requests without committing to timelines or solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system (Salesforce)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal Customer Engagement procedures
- Support tracking adoption metrics and user activity over time
- A Master’s degree in Technical Medicine, Clinical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
