As a Sales Administration Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the fast‑growing and dynamic sales department. Key goals include finding innovative and scalable ways to offload the worldwide sales team of administrative tasks to allow them to sell more, and to create/organize the various internal sales systems that will be needed to accelerate our growth towards our 5‑year sales targets.
What you'll be doing- Identify opportunities to offload the Sales Team of administrative tasks.
- Build scalable systems to allow these tasks to be automated whenever possible, or made as efficient as possible.
- Work closely with multiple departments including Marketing, Finance, Shipping, and Operations on behalf of the sales team.
- Learn our CRM system and over time take over all administrative tasks and its future evolution as our needs evolve.
- 10+ years of experience in a busy Office and/or Sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to use Excel well.
- Ideally coming from a fast-moving, hi‑tech company.
- Experience and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a busy, dynamic environment.
