As a manager on our team, you will work alongside colleagues with diverse backgrounds and a wide range of clients in the public sector.
Your main tasks will be managing assignments and supervising colleagues. At the same time, you will contribute to the further development of our organization and client portfolio.
How will you make an impact?Your work is diverse and includes:Managing various projects, where you act as the main point of contact for the client. These projects cover different branches within the public sector, where you work on meaningful social issues such as immigration policy or humanitarian cooperation. Examples of assignments include:
- Audit support
- Risk management
- Business & financial control
- Grant/subsidy management
- Financial reporting
- Agreed-upon procedures
- Supervising colleagues on projects and contributing to their development, both technically and in terms of soft skills.
- Exploring the market, preparing proposals, and giving presentations to potential clients.

In terms of background, we are looking for an experienced professional who has completed the Register Controller (RC), Registered Accountant (RA), or a comparable education.
