For this position, we are looking for a Production Worker Plus who is eager to grow into the role of Operator.
- Start as a Production Worker and develop into an Operator through on-the-job learning.
- Work in a 3-shift system with the following hours: 04:00-13:30 / 13:15-21:45 / 21:30-05:00.
- Ensure that everything is in the right place.
- Keep the production lines running smoothly.
- Prepare the necessary materials and products so that everyone can work efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe production line and work environment.
- Receive support from experienced colleagues and a buddy.
- Participate in internal training to further develop your skills.
As an Operator, you will be responsible for the entire production process. From preparation to completion, you will:
- Set up and adjust machines.
- Ensure all necessary materials are available.
- Oversee a smooth production process for bakery products such as cake bases, apple turnovers, and sausage rolls.

- A gross salary of €17,00 per hour based on a 3-shift system and a 37.5-hour workweek.
- Additional shift allowance, depending on your shifts.
- A monthly profit-sharing bonus of 3% on top of your salary.
