They are expanding rapidly on a global base and are looking for a Financial Controller to join their international team.

- The Financial Controller will be responsible for providing external & internal reporting, consolidations, financial modelling and support for all tax, administrative and other compliance processes globally. You will also be involved in analysing the financial performance of other group companies and help to improve its processes and reports.
- Prepare, develop, and coordinate management information in the form of reports for business managers, AGM and towards external financial experts. Create and improve financial models, budgets and (trend) analyses on financial figures and KPIs.
- Oversight of all compliance requirements and provides support to the external accountant and their tax team.
- Responsible for the quality of the financial data reported by the group.
- Responsible for the consolidation and the financials of the (international) group.
- Responsible for audit processes of the group as well as individual entities.
- Contributes to develop annual budget and analyse actual performance against budget.
- Responsible for reporting to external lenders and compliance with covenants.
- Assists other departments accomplishing their objectives by managing the financial support requested.
- Create reports to track performance of the business against targets/budgets.
- Report to the CEO directly; overtime and performance-based this position leads towards the future CFO of the group.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a financial discipline, for example in Business Administration, Business Economics or Accountancy.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience within a financial department while managing the administration in Exact Online or comparable.
- Extensive experience in Excel and ERP systems.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
- Ideally you have work experience within a (healthcare) manufacturing company.
- You master the English language fluently in oral and writing any other language is an advantage.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills capable to manage multicultural team

- Comfortable with having to adjust to changes in work environment, work under pressure with a sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines.
