Junior Digital Finance Consultant

In your role as Junior Digital Finance Consultant, you will help leading companies in the Netherlands navigate well within the finance landscape. Here, IT and Finance increasingly meet, which is why we do a lot at this interface. As Junior Digital Finance Consultant you will have the opportunity, together with your project team, to guide ambitious organizations in digitizing their financial management processes. Together with experienced consultants, you will implement software solutions that support complex financial planning and forecasting processes, for example. Or you'll help our clients improve their consolidation and reporting processes so they can disclose their results to their stakeholders faster.

You enjoy sinking your teeth into complex mathematical models and enjoy learning various software techniques. Or you find it challenging to ensure that all data is used in the right way to support financial processes and are happy with dashboards containing the right control information.

Are you the new Junior Digital Finance Consultant within Finext? Our client portfolio and implementation team are growing like crazy, and our ambitions are sky-high! To steer this growth in the right direction, we are looking for new team members: in this role you will be involved in very diverse projects. Varying in size and around different themes: we support processes such as planning, budgeting and forecasting, but also sales & operations planning, tax or treasury. Ultimate customer satisfaction is the goal, but that does not mean we have to do everything that is asked of us. We are looking for someone who keeps himself, the client and the team on track: are we doing the right things, delivering on time and with top quality?

• A financial, technical or business background at the HBO or WO level
• You already have some or (yet) no work experience with, for example, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Interest in Performance Management solutions
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with others and are a true networker
• A strong affinity for Excel or similar software
• You communicate powerfully and clearly, in both Dutch and English.

In addition, you do not mind traveling across the country, are commercially alert and have a true entrepreneurial mentality. As a person, you bring a solid content and background and closely follow developments within Finance and IT.

• A remuneration between €49,000 and €52,000. This remuneration is composed of an annual salary, variable component, mobility budget and 8% vacation allowance
