We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the launch of new format innovations within our Specialised Nutrition division. This role involves developing and executing strategies to bring innovative product formats to market, ensuring they deliver strong value to consumers while aligning with brand objectives and operational capabilities.

• Lead the strategic planning and development of new product formats, focusing on driving category growth and consumer value.
• Finalize and validate the value propositions and business cases for new formats, collaborating closely with finance and local teams for prioritization.
• Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, procurement, and design to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage all marketing related activities, such as concept testing, packaging, claims development, and communication readiness, ensuring timely and budget conscious delivery.
• Support the integration of new formats into existing brand strategies, collaborating with brand and sales teams to align messaging and positioning.

• Minimum of 8+ years experience in marketing, product innovation, or related fields, preferably within early life nutrition.
• Proven success in launching new product formats at global or regional levels.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand management, and business case development.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across global and local teams.
• Strategic thinking with analytical skills to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
