As an IT Project Leader / Program Manager, you play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects to our clients. You will be responsible for effectively planning, organizing and managing projects from start to finish. Working collaboratively with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure that project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

1. Applying the latest methodologies in (agile) project management.
2. Identifying improvement opportunities and (un)solicited advice to our customers.
3. Identify and understand customer needs and expectations.
4. Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
5. Oversee project execution and ensure that all parties involved are aware of their responsibilities.
6. Identify risks and proactively provide solutions to overcome potential obstacles.
7. Report to senior management on project progress and any bottlenecks.
8. Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
9. Manage resources and ensure teams are performing optimally.
10. Evaluate project results and identify opportunities for improvement.

You have:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field;
2. Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) as a PMO, IT Project Leader or consultant in the IT domain, preferably in a consulting environment;
3. You can communicate fluently in Dutch;
4. Excellent knowledge of the latest project management methodologies and tools;
5. Experience and ambition to make a difference at the interface between business and IT;
6. Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively;
7. Leadership skills and ability to motivate teams;
8. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
9. Certifications such as IPMA/PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.
