Role Description:
As a Workday implementation consultant, your main responsibilities will include configuring and customizing the Workday system to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to the system. Additionally, you will provide training and support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Strong communication skills, technical expertise in Workday, and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
- Certification in at least one or more of the following modules: HCM, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Workday implementation Consultant, preferably working on International projects;
- Ability to manage schedule effectively and actively engage on multiple projects at the same time where necessary;
- Must be able to communicate effectively in a client-facing position;
- Strong English speaking and writing skills are a must for this position.
