We’re expanding our product team and are looking for a Senior Product Owner who can turn strategy into impact and create maximum value for our customers.
Role overview
As a Senior Product Owner, you will lead the charge in shaping the future of our SaaS platform. You’ll define and communicate a clear product vision, manage the roadmap and backlog, and ensure that every feature we build creates measurable value. You’ll work closely with UX, engineering, QA, and commercial teams, acting as the bridge between customer needs, business goals, and technical execution. You will be reporting to the Head of Product Management.
This is a senior role with strategic influence and operational responsibility, perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, prioritization, and driving collaboration in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with Bloxs’ strategy.
Define and maintain the product roadmap and structured backlog.
Prioritize features, improvements, and fixes based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Gather, analyze, and synthesize input from internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure sprint goals are met and monitor roadmap progress.
Validate delivered features for quality, usability, and value before release.
Challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement in product and process.
Coach and support less experienced team members where needed.
Must-Have experience
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment.
Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and BDD.
Strong communication skills in Dutch (minimal B2) and English.
