As an Assembly Technician (Cleanroom) at NTS Hengelo, you are responsible for assembling, qualifying, and repairing fine mechanical modules for the high‑tech industry. You work in our cleanroom based on technical drawings or instructions. Accuracy is central to your work, as well as checking, recording, and documenting your activities. In addition, you actively contribute to improving processes and work methods within the cleanroom.

• Assembling fine mechanical parts according to technical drawings.
• Checking and qualifying modules for functionality and quality.
• Recording and reporting measurement and test results.
• Performing repairs within established procedures.
• Contributing to process improvements and quality enhancement.

• Completed technical education (MBO-4 level is a plus).
• Experience or affinity with working in a cleanroom environment.
• Precise, independent, and quality‑conscious.
• Hands‑on mentality with good communication skills.
• Curious attitude and analytical thinking for technical issues.

For this challenge, we offer the following benefits:
