Your assignment
As a working student in our finance department, you will support both the project administration and the financial administration. You will work closely with colleagues and actively contribute to the smooth running of our administrative processes.
Within the project administration, you will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, handling order confirmations, and maintaining and reviewing time registrations.
In addition, you will support the financial administration, where you will process purchase invoices and check and record administrative data.
You will also assist with various other administrative tasks and have the opportunity to gain broader insight into the financial processes within Demcon.
