What you will do in this role 🧐Own the strategy, story, and go‑to‑market for Sendcloud’s products. You’ll turn customer and market insights into sharp positioning, build GTM plans for launches and expansions, and enable Sales with competitive intel and high‑impact tools. You’ll translate complex product capabilities into clear messaging, influence product strategy with real insights, and measure everything you ship to drive adoption, activation, and revenue — all with a hands‑on, get‑it‑done mindset. You’ll also use AI to accelerate research, messaging, and enablement, and help shape the next generation of AI‑powered product marketing workflows at Sendcloud.
The perfect match has experience in✅- 5+ years Product Marketing experience in a international B2B SaaS company
- Conducting customer, product, and market research using both traditional methods and AI‑powered tools to uncover trends, use cases, and competitive advantages.
- Applying AI to accelerate research, messaging, segmentation, and sales enablement — and building AI‑powered intel systems (e.g. PMM knowledge bases or custom GPTs)
- Build and execute go‑to‑market plans for new features, market expansions, and campaigns ensuring cross‑functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Contribute to overall product strategy by sharing market insights and findings with product management.
- Develop and maintain positioning and messaging frameworks that enable other teams, such as Jobs‑To‑Be‑Done, Personas, Ideal Customer Profiles and message maps.
- Translating complex and technical subjects into clear, compelling messaging and positioning
- Collaborating with Sales Enablement to build competitive battlecards, sales plays, demo scripts, and training assets
- Owning end‑to‑end product launches and ensuring smooth, high‑impact execution together with the other marketing teams and stakeholders
- Using analytics tools and methodologies (Mixpanel, Amplitude,etc) to measure campaign success, OKRs, ROI, and GTM impact
- Actionable, hands‑on “can‑do” mentality with the ability to execute autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
