Account Executive -Energy/Oil & Gas

Managing Customer Outcomes
Proactively develops understanding of customer's business needs, priorities, strategies, and industry insights; anticipates customer's needs to deliver new insights on their business strategy and educate customers on ways to address them jointly; shows differentiated value for the customer, develops deeper customer knowledge; delivers solutions into overall business strategy aligning to through Microsoft’s solution capabilities.

Sales Leadership Pivoting to Industry
Capture the total addressable market by articulating the Microsoft differentiators customers can derive from our Industry Priority Scenarios, Industry Cloud and innovative opportunities, against specific KPI’s and expected value and ROI, acting as pivotal role to connect customer outcomes to Microsoft's.

Executes on Strategy & Goals
Understand the business challenges at a strategic level to create the strategy executing on a joint account plan between Customer Microsoft Partner and to orchestrate the customer-specific business processes/priorities to the v-team and other Executive stakeholders.


Managing Customer Outcomes
With deep understanding of the Customers Business needs articulates the customer’s strategic business objectives through Microsoft’s solution capabilities , DT strategy and priorities covering customer-specific, cross-solution plan mapped to their specific business processes . Drives the customer connected experience through Modern Selling.

Sales Leadership Pivoting to Industry
Envisioning and Demonstrating Business Value across clouds and solution areas by becoming deeply embedded in the customer’s industry and business. Capture the total addressable market by building and driving strategy and sales orchestration for Industry Priority Scenarios, Industry clouds and other innovative opportunities.

Executes on Strategy & Goals
Partner with v-team, partners to Align Business Strategy to solve for driving business value from IT ideation of a clear 3H plan across acceleration, innovation and market-making with and for our customers on their digital agenda and its integration into account plan, capturing the total addressable market.
