In this role, you have the opportunity to
Enable and shape business strategy and execution by defining the enterprise architecture with a broad focus on the domains of CRM, sales management, configure-price-quote, contract life cycle management, pricing, supply chain planning, order management, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
In defining the architecture strategy, you will work collaboratively with the larger architecture team and subject matter experts in the individual areas/domains. You will drive the simplification of the IT Landscape via leveraging proven solutions while maintaining full business buy-in for the proposed architecture.
You are responsible for
Collaborating with the business process owners in shaping and evolving the key capabilities for the said domains
Collaborating with the business process owners, data and technology experts to create and own the multi-year capability roadmap for the said domains
Defining the Enterprise Architecture strategy for the above-mentioned domains in collaborations with the teams responsible to realize these domains
Driving the overall architectural vision of the enterprise in your areas/domains
Identify and address architectural risk in collaboration with the platform’s teams
Be the trusted advisor to our executive stakeholders
Accountable for decisions in Enterprise architecture governance as well as enforcing it
Be a master coach to unlock the talent in the architecture practice in the Enterprise
Champion the communication of the architecture to various stakeholders in the organization
You are a part of
The Enterprise Architecture team of Global Philips IT Organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Typically requires a master’s degree and +15 years of related experience with the last 5 years in an enterprise architecture role
Has extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture for (large) multinational organizations covering the domains of CRM, sales management, configure-price-quote, contract life cycle management, pricing, supply chain planning, order management, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution
Alongside you should have worked on the digital transformation of the above domains and sound understanding of its link to the financial systems
5+ years of experience in implementation of global IT solutions in said domains
Advanced knowledge in Architecture concepts, methodologies, TOGAF, SAFe and DevSecOps
Expertise and hands of experience with the common tools and technologies used in the said domains
Sound understanding of software platform concepts, API way of working and cloud technologies
Experience with creating an overall architecture combining systems that are deployed as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
Experience with shaping the data models in collaboration with experts for the said domains
Experience with extracting insights with the use of data and the appropriate AI and ML techniques in the said domains
Experience with (digital) business capability/models
Master consulting skills and stakeholder management. Builds and maintains senior Stakeholder relationships and has strong negotiations skills
Ability to present architecture content to Executive Management
Story telling / influential skills
Strong team player and collaborator who can work with different geographies and cultures
