“ROOM MATE HOTELS (www.room-matehotels.com) is a Spanish hotel chain founded in June 2005 whose philosophy is to consider that the best way to travel is visiting friends in each city; friends whose lifestyle we share and that transmit their knowledge and experiences of the city taking us by the hand through it.
The Room Mate hotels with around 1,500 rooms available acquire the characteristics of a true host, and their customers are more than guests, roommates (Room Mate). They are seen as "homes" that open their doors to travelers who come to the city looking for comfort, warmth and welcoming spirit offered by its great human and professional team to the guests.
Room Mate, with hotels in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Milan, Florence, Granada, Salamanca, New York, Miami, Mexico City, Istanbul, Amsterdam, offers trendy design, always privileged location in the city center, breakfast until 12.00 h and always free Wi-Fi including in the city. It is for those customers who care to look after their money and want an affordable luxury.
At Room Mate Hotels we value respect for ourselves and for all those around us. We practice transparency and honesty with our customers, employees, suppliers and shareholders. We promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and diversity of people, ideas and cultures. We continually innovate our products to meet the expectations of all who visit us, but above all, we maintain a close and friendly work environment where our employees, while working, have fun and where our customers feel at home.
After traveling the world aboard my ship, I know how important it is for you, traveler, to have a friend in every place. I am happy to share with you the wonders of this hotel and the beautiful Rotterdam I want you to know me and make me want to return!
I propose a journey through time, the history of Holland and its colonies. During your stay in this hotel located in an old spice store, you will be surrounded by the scent of India. Located in the port area of Rotterdam, you can stroll along the Wilhelmina Pier, one of the most regenerated in the city and now hosts a multitude of cultural and design options.
This place is one of the few historical remains that remain in the well-known Dutch Manhattan, where you can walk between buildings of the renowned architects Rem Koolhaas, Norman Foster or Renzo Piano.
I am sure that once on board, you will not want to leave this hotel. But relax, I will be here to take you and take you to know the most incredible corners of the city.
To make this experience even more amazing I am looking for my Food and Beverage Service Coordinator to take care of the F&B outlets of the hotel together with the F&B Service Manager. This new adventure will start in the 2nd Quarter of 2018 as the first guests should start arriving by the end of the 2nd Quarter.
The F&B service coordinator is responsible during his/her shift for a smooth operation and excellent service in the different Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Room Service, Minibar, Bar and Banqueting (presentation of meeting rooms and events spaces, including coffee breaks, lunch and dinner service for groups).
Our mission is to make our guests (Room Mates) feel at home and exceed their expectations by providing the best possible service. The F&B Service coordinator knows how to achieve this with the team through personalized service and great communication.
He/she is a real foodie and knows the trends before they are even published.
The F&B Service coordinator will work together with F&B service Manager with fix and temporary staff.
Please send me your curriculum in English including a picture.
I wait for you!
