At the department you along with the Human Resource Executives are responsible for running the department. Every day is different which make this internship very varied. We are looking for someone who is strong in human skills, such as a listening ear, like contact with people and pay attention to detail. Attention to detail is also reflected in administrative tasks. Making offer letters, contracts and maintain the employee register are part of your day-to-day tasks. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who likes to speak in front of a group of people. You’ll namely facilitate various trainings, giving tours for schools or attend presentations. Your social and creative skills will be tested by organizing social events, birthday lunches, Sinterklaas, Christmas, staff events and other gatherings.
- Maintain employees records
- Processing data in various HR systems
- Ensure for a continuous flow of information towards employees, processing/make memos and invitations
- Organize and participate in social events (birthdays, holidays, staff events and other gatherings)
- Participation in the recruitment process, screening CV’s, telephone screening, taking/attending introduction meetings
- Supporting HR executive with recruitment process of staff; consisting of administrative tasks, processing data in systems, making offer letters and contracts, explanation of house rules and the hotel, uniform fitting etc.
- Prepare/give training, making appointments with staff, process evaluation etc.
