- HBO/MBO graduated;

As our new Housekeeping Manager you will also be part of the Management Team and you will be working as a head of department responsible for cleaning and maintaining all bedrooms and public areas to a very high standard, with increasing guest satisfaction as your main goal. The housekeeping team exists out of 4 supervisors and +/- 20 room attendants and very unique: 90 % of our room attendants are on our own payroll!!!
Your focus will be to create and maintain a positive team. Standard procedures should be brought into place and should be adhered to by the team, to be able to achieve the high level of service the guests expect from us.
All public areas and bedrooms should be kept to more than set standards. Next to this, an accurate daily record of all linen should be kept. Giving directions and instructions to your team and structuring and optimizing processes are amongst your daily tasks. You should encourage good working relationships with all departments. The hotel standards of cleanliness and service are of the utmost importance and attention to detail is of course, of high priority.
