In this role, you have the opportunity to
Directly contribute to the success of our Sleep & Respiratory Care business with a number of critical order acquisition and order realization activities. On a daily basis, you will have contact with partner and distributors in Benelux. You will be an ambassador of brand new innovation in health! By providing a professional service, the Sales & Marketing Support Officer ensures effective handling of the sales orders and enabling the field sales organization to spend more time with the customers. To do so, you will support the B2B eCommerce activities and drive operational excellence. Your scope will be the Market Benelux.
You are responsible for
Management of incoming customer orders, overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is booked;
Following-up booked orders and communicating expected delivery date to distribution partners;
Maintaining/updating master data in SAP, maintaining/updating price lists in SAP;
Sharing catalog and price updates with customers
Optimizing the customer experience and supply chain implementing B2B e-commerce;
Treating inquiries and answering questions from customers and patients;
Processing demo orders for the sales force;
Contributing in the planning process;
Identifying projects to improve processes and efficiencies within the organization;
Maintaining mailing lists and executing mailings;
Supporting the marketing team;
Participating in business improvement teams and performance measurements;
Managing marketing assets (booth material, banners, brochures, samples, demo devices, …);
Preparing events with marketing team;
Coordinating DreamMapper support.
You are a part of

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
3 years of experience in an operational, international, sales support environment;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluency in both verbal and written Dutch and English languages (knowledge of French language is an asset);
Tech lover, IT specialist, Engineers … good knowledge of multiple IT applications such as SAP, Office (excel,…), OneDrive;
Work in a structured way (projects);
Proficient in problem solving and decision making;
Enthusiastic and motivated team-player, and also being able to work independently;
Commercial mindset, strong customer focus and affinity with lean methodology;
Ability to manage deadlines and to cope with stress;
In order to support customers/patients with our connected health solutions, you have a good trouble shooting capabilities for software and mobile applications.
