HR Business Partner
The Human Resources department is responsible for employee related activities in the broadest sense; we play a vital role to the success of the NL organisation. The complete team is multi-disciplinary and exists of HR Directors, HR Business Partners, Shared Service Center, Compensation & Benefits, Professional Development, Payroll, HRIS, HR Legal, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Culture and Pension Specialists. We support staff in all offices; Hengelo, Huizen, Eindhoven and Delft.
As Thales continues to grow we are looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring and flexible colleague to join our team in the HQ in Hengelo.
About the job
A regular week begins with a stand-up meeting, with the entire HR team. In this meeting we keep each other informed about the most important projects and it also allows us to share any other relevant information.
Then your challenge begins to constantly switch between the interests and needs of the organization, the employees and managers. You will cover various HR-related topics, staffing, diversity and inclusion, performance management, development programs, administrative matters, outflow and absenteeism.

What you have and are able to offer:
⦁ A relevant HBO-/WO degree;
⦁ About five year experience in a (general) HR role, preferably gained in a similar, complex matrix structured, international environment;
⦁ Knowledge of HR instruments;
⦁ Help guide the ongoing cultural changes within the organization;
⦁ A flexible and agile mindset with capability to switch to as needed;
⦁ A valuable sparring partner who can easily switch between different levels and stakeholders;
⦁ Excellent communication skills, honest, customer oriented, driven to take initiatives, team player;
⦁ Flexibility and drive to achieve desired outcomes in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment;
⦁ Fluency in English and Dutch.
