What you’ll do
Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions from check-in to check-out
Process guest check-ins and check-outs while handling reservations and payments
Assist guests with questions, requests, recommendations and local information
Handle guest communication via phone, email and in person
Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Jump into problem-solving and guest satisfaction initiatives
Support the Front Office team with daily operational tasks and reporting
Learn how to maximize guest experiences through upselling and personalized service
Champion the Moxy vibe and help create a fun, energetic atmosphere 🎉
Collaborate closely with Front Office Crew Leaders and hotel teams

What you bring
You’re currently studying Hospitality/Hotel Management/Tourism (HBO or MBO)
Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
Experience in Front Office or hospitality is a plus (but passion counts even more)
You love interacting with people and making every guest feel welcome
You’re proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to ask questions
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy teamwork
Fluent in English
