Responsibilities- Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, and EN-ISO/IEC 80079-34.
- Managing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensuring continuous compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC62443.
- Coordinating and managing regional product certification processes (e.g., ATEX, IECEx, CE, FCC, IC, TELEC, RCM).
- Developing and maintaining a certification roadmap aligned with international standards.
- Conducting internal audits, gap assessments, and coordinating with external certification bodies.
- Performing risk assessments and driving continuous improvement of QMS and ISMS.
- Leading Management Reviews, including performance monitoring and objective setting.
- Acting as the Information Security Officer and leading governance efforts related to product safety, quality, and information security.
- Ensuring successful audits and (re)certifications for relevant standards and schemes.
- Serving as the primary contact for certification bodies, notified bodies, and regulatory authorities.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards (ISO 27001 is non-negotiable).
- Preferable knowledge of IEC/EN 80079-34 or IEC62443 standards.
- Proven experience in managing QMS and ISMS.
- Strong ability to conduct internal audits and manage external audit interactions.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills for certification roadmaps and compliance.
- Excellent documentation and traceability practices.
- Risk assessment and mitigation skills related to security and compliance.
- Effective stakeholder communication and coordination with regulatory bodies.
- Leadership in continuous improvement initiatives for QMS and ISMS.
- Familiarity with regulatory and cybersecurity trends in Industrial IoT.
- Oversee and update certification and compliance records.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead Management Reviews and monitor performance metrics.
- Act as the primary liaison with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
